These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TailoredRV website (the "Site") and all services provided by TailoredRV, a sole proprietorship ("TailoredRV," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, scheduling a call, submitting information through any "Imagine my trip" or contact form, paying the planning fee, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

TailoredRV is a custom RV trip planning service focused on families with young children. We create personalized, family-first RV itineraries for America's most iconic national parks and destinations: including but not limited to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Yosemite, Sequoia, Monument Valley, and similar regions.

Our services include:

• A one-time flat-fee custom day-by-day itinerary built around your family's schedule, pace, and children's needs
• Campground reservation assistance or recommendations
• Budget estimates and planning
• 7+ deliverables per plan (as described on our Site)
• All details handled so your only job is to show up and enjoy the trip

To receive a complete plan, you must:

• Provide complete, accurate, and timely information (travel dates, number and ages of children, RV type/size, preferred start/end locations, budget, special needs, etc.)
• Schedule the initial call and respond promptly to any follow-up questions
• Secure your own RV insurance, vehicle maintenance, driver qualifications, and compliance with all park and campground rules
• Make final payments directly to campgrounds, parks, or suppliers as required
• Assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of everyone in your traveling party

You represent that you and all travelers are physically and mentally capable of RV travel and that you have obtained any necessary travel insurance.

• The Itinerary Builder fee is $129. Full Rental + Booking Setup is custom quoted after we review your trip length, season, rental needs, and booking complexity
• A $100 deposit may be charged to reserve Full Rental + Booking Setup and is applied to the final quoted planning fee
• TailoredRV planning fees and Full Package deposits are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee
• Payment is due in full before we deliver the final itinerary
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice for future bookings
• No hidden fees or surprises for the planning service itself. Actual trip costs (RV rental, camping fees, park entrance, fuel, activities, etc.) are your responsibility and are not included in our planning fees

Once we receive your completed information and the planning fee, we will deliver your complete custom plan within two (2) business days, as advertised. Delivery is typically via email or a secure client portal.

Minor revisions may be included at our discretion; significant changes may require an additional fee.

• 30-day money-back guarantee: You may request a refund of your TailoredRV planning fee or Full Package deposit within 30 days of purchase
• The guarantee applies to TailoredRV planning charges only. RV rentals, campgrounds, activities, payment processing charges, and other third-party costs are not included
• You may request reasonable modifications before final delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for major scope changes
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any plan due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., park closures) and will work with you on alternatives

All itineraries, documents, maps, recommendations, and other materials we provide ("Deliverables") are our copyrighted intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables solely for your personal family trip.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Deliverables without our prior written consent.

We provide planning services "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Availability of campgrounds, park reservations, or any third-party services
• Weather, road conditions, park hours, or any external factors
• That every suggested activity will be suitable for your specific RV, children, or family
• Exact costs or that prices will remain the same at the time of travel

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TailoredRV, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Deliverables
• Your actual travel or RV trip
• Any inaccurate information you provided
• Any violation of these Terms

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TailoredRV
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect
• We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
• No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other breach
